From 27 January to 14 February 2025, the Hellenic Army Academy (Evelpidon) conducted winter training – survival on Ymittos and at the Mountain Combat Skiers Training Centre.
The training, which was also attended by 27 cadets from the Military Academies of Armenia, Bulgaria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and Slovakia included, among others, small echelon exercises, close-quarter combat, small and heavy arms fire training, as well as survival techniques.
Furthemore, it included joint training with personnel and assets of the 1st Army Aviation Brigade “KILKIS LAHANAS” and the Armour Training Centre.
